Ms Lizi is the new Giraffe teacher this year at Morning Star International School. She is from England and has worked in various fields of childcare since completing her A Levels. Her background in childcare is completing the EYFS (early years foundation stage) which then lead onto becoming a private nanny in the UK for 7 years. Ms Lizi has a passion for travel and learning new cultures which lead her onto volunteering in India re-building schools and teaching English in poor communities, She completed her TEFL qualification which brought her to Vietnam and has had 2 years teaching in Vietnam in a bilingual school, English centres on an evening and Vietnamese public schools. Her main hobby is sport and fitness therefore will bring an enthusiastic attitude towards teaching. She strives to create a classroom atmosphere of warmth and happiness and a place for the children to explore their emotions in some of their most important years of growing as individuals. Lizi really looks forward to meeting her Giraffe Class.

I am really looking forward to teaching this age group this school year, i find it fascinating watching how they develop at this age turning from babies to small children. I have a passion for travel, food, cultures and environment. I love to keep active every day of the week either at the gym, cycling around Hanoi or taking a walk to discover a new hidden corner. I try and make a conscious effort to support local charities with an aim this year to take a challenge on myself. I love to challenge myself daily with new teaching idea and experiments. I aim to be a comfort for the children in my class at all times whilst bringing a positive and professional attitude to my class every day.
